ShortsMonkey is a YouTube trend research and video analysis tool. This policy explains what is allowed, what is prohibited, and how we keep the platform aligned with platform rules and payment compliance requirements.

Allowed use
- Research public YouTube video performance, trends, formats, and channel growth signals.
- Monitor channels you follow for business, marketing, creator, or editorial research.
- Export search results for internal analysis, reporting, or content planning.
- Use insights to plan your own original content strategy.
Prohibited use
- Do not use ShortsMonkey to download, rip, re-upload, or redistribute third-party videos or copyrighted content.
- Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, abusive, harmful, pornographic, NSFW, gambling, financial, crypto, or regulated activities.
- Do not misrepresent ShortsMonkey as affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
- Do not use automated abuse, scraping beyond permitted product features, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
- Do not use exported data to harass creators, spam channels, manipulate engagement, or violate any platform terms.
Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law. If you believe a use case needs clarification, contact support before using ShortsMonkey for that purpose.
