Product support

Describe what you were trying to do, the page URL, the time the issue occurred, and your browser and device. If you attach screenshots, hide personal information first. Do not send passwords, API keys, verification codes, or payment card details.

Content corrections and rights concerns

Include the relevant page URL and a specific explanation of the issue. For rights concerns, provide enough information to identify the work and your relationship to it. Public data can change after publication; include the observation date when reporting a data discrepancy.

Privacy requests

You can ask about our handling of personal information or, where applicable, request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify that a request relates to your account. Please do not include unnecessary identity documents in your first email.
